Problem 153 viewsLooks like the lower threaded hole for implement attacment in the clutch housing was busted out and re-welded. Apparently it's not re-threaded. This bar was welded from the mower mount to the front end cultivator mount to stabilize the mower. brian c

My Dash, including dashlight35 viewsThis is my dash, from the 49, showing the barebulb dashlight in the fuseholder hole. I don't know if you can see the scratchmarks, but it would appear something fit over the top of the bare bulb, from the front side.glassnegman
PressWinch_01.JPG
Boat winch rigged to raise and lower Hyd press bed14 viewsThis was a temporary rigging some 15 years ago to test the theory if this would work. It's still working. I bolted the winch to the press using the existing holes in the winch. I had purchased a 450 foot roll of vinyl covered aircraft cable from a yard sale so I used it for the cable. A couple of pulleys from the hardware store and some aircraft cable clamps is all it took. Works great.DaveSaver

Grandpa's Farm57 viewsThis is were I spent the majority of my weekends and summers growing up. This picture was taken in the late fiftes, early sixties. The house and quonset were new. The new silo wasn't put up yet. The stories I could tell are almost enough to fill a book. Grandpa sold the place ten years too early, when I was only 16 and everything lined up wrong. The place has changed so much that I haven't been able to bring myself to drive by it in the last few years.Farmallcub49
