Gearshift Guide9 viewsThe ball at bottom of shift lever rides in the space between my fingers. At the other end of the guide should be two curved thingies. One of them is broken off. What you can't see are two cracks running from the hole to the edge. Eventually the part will split along those cracks.tulalipjamesMar 24, 2011

15 viewsThe boom cradle rests on the drawbar of the cub, af forward as possible. The tube is made from a 10" long pipe, with sides 1/4" thick and inside diameter = 3". The horizontal angle iron is 3" x 3" x 3/8", and is 28-1/2" long. The welded end of the pipe is cut at 45-degree angles so it can be welded to the angle iron on all sides. The cradle is kept in place on the drawbar by a J-bolt on either end of the angle iron. The cradle not only supports the boom, but keeps it from tipping left or right.tulalipjamesFeb 18, 2011

16 viewsWith the 750# Goldwing on the boom, the front of the cub can be lifted off the ground with one hand. To lift anything heavier, the lift cable would have to be attached lower on the pole, or the pole would have to be more upright.tulalipjamesFeb 18, 2011

16 viewsThe chain is hooked on a fabricated bracket made of hardened 1/4" steel. The bracket is bolted bolted to the lower mount on the right side of the torque tube. The bracket is bent out so the chain does not rub on the clutch pedal.tulalipjamesFeb 18, 2011
